Free Submit-a-Plan Guest Account

			As part of Resolution’s commitment to LABC members Local Authorities currently only able to only receive postal applications though the LABC Submit-a-Plan Portal have been upgraded automatically to an online Guest Account. What is a Guest Account? A Guest Account enables Local Authorities to view a register of Postal Building Control applications made on the Submit-a-Plan portal. When an application form has been completed online your authority will receive a notification e-mail which contains a link that takes you directly to the application details in your online Guest Account. The application will be posted directly to your authority as normal. Questions and Answers 1. Are there any associated costs? No its completely free. 2. Do we need to involve IT? No there is absolutely nothing to install. 3. What do we need? Only internet access is required. 4. Does this enable electronic submission? No, you would need a SNAP! account. 5. Will our customers benefit? Yes, the intelligent online forms are LABC National Standard and faster to complete than standard paper forms. Many agents and architects make applications to several different Authorities, Submit-a-plan provides a single location to enable this. 6.
