Resolution Expand Bureau To Meet Council Demand

Resolution Data Management is pleased to announce the expansion of its Bureau Services division (RBS) by opening a new scanning centre. The move comes after an increase in demand from Local Authorities requiring Resolution’s unique range of high quality daily scanning and archive services.

Resolution Bureau Sevices are unique in the industry we are the only scanning bureau in the country to have systems that will measure and guaranty the highest level of quality. Resolution services are warranted at an accuracy rate of 99.35% over the total conversion process which is the highest in the industry.

We deal with millions of pieces of paper every year and our systems are highly automated providing the highest level of confidence. All documents are scanned in accordance to British Institute Standards BIP 0008 code on legal admissibility of electronic documents, thus enabling them to form a sound basis in a legal context.

Range of Services

• Daily Scanning: A cost effective alternative to inhouse daily scanning of paper ocuments and drawings. Scanned Building Control and Planning Applications can be delivered as electronic applications through Submit-a-Plan or the Planning Portal respectively or by download.

• Archive Scanning and Indexing: Scanning of all drawings and documents to an electronic format. Scans can indexed directly into a electronic document management system (EDMS).

• Off-Site Warehousing and Document Storage: Storage of Document Archives in managed warehouse facilities, including rapid response and delivery.

• Scan On Demand: Storage of Document Archives in managed warehouse facilities, documents are scanned and returned e lectronically as required.

• Managed Services: Provision of all scanning equipment and trained operator at customer site for a contract period.
