Customer Survey Results

Following a recent survey of Local Authorities customers using a Submit-a-Plan online account we asked the following questions.

 

1) How satisfied are you with your Submit-a-Plan online account?

94% of respondents were ‘Satisfied’ or ’Very Satisfied’.

 

2) How easy do you find your online account to use?

94% of respondents said it was ‘Easy’ or ‘Very Easy’ to use.

 

3) Would you recommend a Submit-a-Plan online account to another Local Authority?

94% of respondents ‘Would Recommend To Another Local Authority’ .
