DataSpace Capture Pro

New to the DataSpace suite of products is DataSpace Capture Pro. DataSpace Capture Pro (DCP) is a scanning, indexing and archiving system designed to automate the inputting of daily paper applications and large archives into the main DataSpace Technical Document Management System.

With DCP this process can be automated giving increased accuracy and time savings.

Using DataSpace Capture allows there to be a single source for applications no matter if they were made on the web electronically or arrived on paper as they are all stored in DataSpace.

DataSpace Capture OCR

The Optical Character Recognition (OCR) Package is an add-on to DCP. With the OCR package and with the index fields linked to areas in the image you can extract the text into the fields manually or automatically. The OCR Package enables you to fully automate the scanning, indexing and storing of your drawings.

What is Submit-a-Plan?

Submit-a-Plan is a product that was designed for the LABC Services to enable Local Authority Building Control departments to receive, review, comment and approve applications for building regulations electronically. The Submit-a-Plan system facilitates the move toward putting as many public services online by 2005, in line with Government targets.
