DataSpace Live For Applicants

DataSpace Live (V2) is being released to applicants/agents and will replace their existing DataSpace On-line accounts. DataSpace Live will be the new home for managing and amending applications once they have been submitted on Submit-a-Plan and also for all communications with Local Authorities.

New Features for Applicants Include

  • Ability to send message to Inspecting Authority
  • Application Tracking (Available when submitting to Local Authorities with Full SNAP!)

Questions & Answers

  • When will our account be upgraded? Week commencing 9 th May 2011
  • Is there a cost? No
  • Will there be any down time? No downtime is anticipated; however some account functions may be temporarily disrupted.
  • Will we have new login? Login details will remain the same.
  • What about my existing applications? All existing applications will be in the new system.
  • Will we need additional training? Refresher training is recommended, however a full user guide will also be available.
