Submit-a-Plan Guest Account Activation

As part of Resolution’s commitment to LABC members all Local Authorities currently only able to only receive postal applications though the LABC Submit-a-Plan Portal will shortly be upgraded automatically to an online Guest Account.

A Guest Account enables Local Authorities to view a register of Building Control applications made on the Submit-a-Plan portal. The upgrade is free and there is no software to install. When your Guest Account is active you will receive notification e-mails when an application form has been completed online. These e-mails contain a link which will take you directly to the application details in your online Guest Account.

If you would like your customers to be able to submit there applications electronically then why not sign up to an online SNAP! account. SNAP! will provide you with a full online account where you can view, measure and download applications. You can even consult electronically with Consult On-line.
