Submit-a-Plan v3 Goes Live on 4th June

To enhance the online experience the Submit-a-Plan Portal will shortly be changing, on 4th June 2007. The totally new site will include a fresh new look and boasting lots of new functionality to make Building Control applications even easier !!!
