Free Online Plan Checking Software

LABC E-Plan Check Portal

As part of the drive towards efficient electronic working Resolution would like to enable you with the ability to provide online E-Plan checking for other LABC members.

You will be notified when applications arrive in your online E-Plan checking software which provides all of the tools necessary to view, measure and comment on multiple document types, including large format drawings. Once checking is complete plan check details can then be uploaded as documents and the requesting authority notified.

Having registered as a provider of this service through LABC, Resolution will provide you with the necessary software completely free of charge to carry out E-Plan checking*, all you need to pay for is the training and a small support fee.

The requesting authority can then log on through its own interface to view and download plan check documents**. The E-Plan Plan checking service will be available through the

‘My Virtual Mail Room’ next day scanning service. www.myvirtualmailroom.co.uk

Register and Receive Applications

All you need to do to register is tell us that you are happy to provide the E-Plan check service and we will do the rest. Once you are ready to receive applications you will need to attend the requisite training, and you are good to go.

* Free software can only be used for E-Plan checking.
