SNAP! Back Office Integration Update

With the rapid migration from traditionally installed Submit-a-Plan products to the new online Submit-a-Plan SNAP! systems Resolution has developed a new web service to enable the passing of application data from Submit-a-Plan to back office systems.

Following an open door invitation to all Building Control back office providers, Resolution held a Submit-a-Plan integration workshop on 22nd January showcasing the new method of integrating with the latest generation of Submit-a-Plan SNAP! online systems.

Developers from IDOX (Caps & Plantech), Innogistic and Northgate (MVM & SX3) all attended and have been offered full access to the web service where they can create and test their integrations.

All new integrations with Submit-a-Plan SNAP! will be accredited before release to ensure they confirm to LABC standards.
