With more Royal Mail strikes planned Resolution is keen to help Local Authorities maintain a continuous service so that they are not affected by the action. We can do this by removing the need for applicants to print and post application to you.

SNAP! is a simple web based solution designed to enable Local Authorities to view, measure, print and download applications submitted electronically on the LABC Submit-a-Plan National Portal.

If you are not yet receiving electronic applications from the Submit-a-Plan Portal or are currently using our installed DataSpace system then this is an ideal opportunity to give it a go.

How Does It Work?
Once we switch you on, your customers will be able to submit electronic applications though the LABC www.submit-a-plan.com Building Control Portal.

You will receive a notification every time you receive an application, this will contain a link which will take you to the online application. You will then be able to view, measure, print and download the application. It’s as simple as that!!!
