New to the Submit-a-Plan.com website

Web Customisation and Forms Pack

Resolution is pleased to announce two new add-ons for its Submit-a-Plan system, the first being Web Customisation and the second being the new Forms Pack.

Web Customisation

All Submit-a-Plan users now have the option of adding graphics and hyperlinks into their Submit-a-Plan web pages. A number of councils have already customised their web pages by adding council graphics such as logo’s and slogans.

The councils own graphics replace the standard banner at the top of the Submit-a-Plan page to give a more united feel with the councils own website. In addition links made to Submit-a-Plan from the councils own website will also take applicants directly to the councils page, bypassing the selection process. Links can also be added to councils own website from Submit-a-Plan.

“… the Submit-a-Plan website customisation looks great and is a excellent way of creating unity with our own website.” Ken Scott, City Of Sunderland Council.

Forms Pack

In addition to the standard application form on the Submit-a-Plan Website for making a Building Control application there are now specific forms available. The new forms have been designed with local authority Building Control departments to make the submission process even easier. In addition, the new forms also help ensure that applications received through Submit-a-Plan have all the required information to avoid potential delays in the approval process and improving customer service.

The forms pack includes:

  • Full Plan Submission

  • Building Notice

  • Regularisation Certificates

  • Replacement Doors & Windows
