Number 1 Ranked BC Website Uses Submit-a-Plan

Rushcliffe Borough Council

Out of 353 authorities surveyed by Peter Pendleton & Associates as part of the PARSOL project Rushcliffe Borough Council was ranked in top position meeting thirteen out of the fourteen criteria.

Three of the criteria were specific to the electronic submission of Building Control applications, which were:

“I am delighted that our Building Control Website has been ranked number one in the country, particularly given the quality of some of the other web sites I know of. The ranking criteria were highly customer focused and our number one position endorses our commitment to high quality customer service and constant improvement. Installing Submit-a-Plan gave us an easy and well tested route to achieving the 2005 e-government requirements, and proved vital in helping us achieve the final three points which secured our no.1 position.”
