New Payment System at Richmond London Borough of Richmond Upon Thames takes the money!Recent members of LABC Submit-a-Plan, Richmond Upon Thames, have extended their online services to include the integration of their online payment system with Submit-a-Plan. One of the biggest frustrations for the applicant, is not being able to complete the application process online if they have to still post a cheque, wait for an invoice, or call in with credit card details. The expectation is that this should all be achievable online. The Authority gains by receiving payments quicker, reducing administration, improving customer satisfaction, speeding up approval and removing errors. This is achieved by the application being checked first at the Authority before the correct fee/fees are requested. The integration is fully configurable to integrate with any Authority payment system and to deal with all fees schedules including customised options. There is an online notification which details when a fee has been successfully collected enabling the application to be processed immediately. This service can be added to your current Submit-a-Plan package for less than £600 per annum (excludes VAT, setup and training).
