You will be responsible for administering the Building Regulations and allied legislation related to domestic buildings and undertaking work in connection with dangerous structures and demolitions. This will include participation in site visits and investigating breaches of building control.
As part of a team delivering an efficient and effective building control service, you will also provide pre-application advice to both professionals and non-professionals.
Evidence of working in a building related environment and processing building regulation applications is essential as is the ability to work independently and apply initiative.
