Please be reassured that we have implemented measures to ensure that we will continue to deliver the Local Authority Building Control submissions portal service through this period of uncertainty.

Online electronic submissions in conjunction with our hosted DataSpace Live account have the significant benefit of enabling both applicants and Local Authorities to work easily and efficiently from home in line with current government guidance. We are already seeing this move taking place and are expecting the trend continue.

We have pivoted our internal resources to support both applicants and Local Authorities through this transformation and are here to help if you need us.

We have already made the move to home working and are confident we can continue to provide applicants and Local Authorities with our normal high level of service whilst supporting our new home workers.

Please continue to utilise the Submit a Plan portal for your applications confident that the service will not be interrupted but may also assist Authorities in delivering the Building Control service.

We are reviewing our policies and looking at ways we can utilise our technology to help on a daily basis. We welcome your feedback.
