Your applicants submit their BSL-specific applications through Submit-a-Plan, the same platform they already use for building control. BSL checking and plan viewing
Calculating accurate GIA measurements is where your BSL fee submissions live or die. Our built-in plan measurement tools let your team view and measure floor plans directly within the system, calculating and combining floor areas accurately without leaving the platform. Automated fee calculation
Once your team has verified the combined GIA, the system automatically applies your BSL-specific fee schedule. You’ll see a clear, documented fee calculation that you can check, confirm and send to the applicant, with a full audit trail behind every figure. Payment collection and financial management
