Luton Borough Council Rejoins Submit-a-Plan.

We are delighted to announce that Luton Borough Council Building Control are now requesting that all building control applications are submitted through the National Submit-a-Plan portal once again. After a short break from the portal the team at Luton have resubscribed to the Submit-a-Plan service which facilitates a more efficient submission and approval Building Control process for Local Authorities and their clients.

St Albans Council Join Submit-a-Plan.

Salford Join Submit-a-Plan.

Salford City Council is the latest Authority to become a member of the National Local Authority Building Control portal Submit a Plan.

Southend-on-Sea subscribe to online application payment. 

We are pleased to announce that Southend-on-Sea Borough Council have subscribed to our our 'Payment Engine Module', enabling them to receive online debit and credit card payments from applicants/agents through Submit-a-Plan by integrating Submit-a-Plan with their own council online payment system. The authority can send payment requests to the applicant or agent straight from the application in Submit-a-Plan, saving applicants/agents in the time they would usually spend worrying about when they should be making payment. Add your mobile number to your account for improved security

A few changes have been made to the way accounts are activated and password reminders sent out. Both activation codes and password reminders will now be delivered to the mobile number listed in your Account Profile. This is a more secure and also quicker way of communicating with you and solving any problems with forgotten details so we would like to ask you to please update or add a current mobile number. You can do this by logging in and then clicking on the 'My Profile' links at the top right hand corner of the Submit-a-Plan Home Page and within your account.
